CONSENT FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. Data Subject:An individual freely provided his/her personal data via internet site www.altren.com (hereinafter “User”) to the Operator.
2. Operator of personal data processing: Altren, LLC, located at: 9 44th Inzhenerny Proezd, Ulyanovsk 432072
3. Purpose of personal data processing: Preparation and response to the User’s requests.
4. List of personal data: Surname, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address provided by the User for the purposes specified in this Consent.
5. Hereby, in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152- FZ “Personal Data” of 27 July 2006, I freely, voluntarily and in my interest, grant my free and unconditional consent to Altren, LLC for automated and manual processing of my personal data.
6. List of actions for personal data processing: The Operator performs processing of personal data - gathering, recording, systematization, collection, use, storage, revision (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, and access), depersonalization, blocking, deleting, destruction of personal data.
The Operator performs automated processing and manual processing of personal data.
7. Period of validity of Consent: Consent is valid for an indeterminate period until the User withdraws it.
8. Withdrawal of Consent: Consent may be withdrawn by the data subject by the written withdrawal to Altren, LLC.
9. Persons engaged in the processing of personal data: personal data is processed (besides the Operator) by any other third party that the Operator has engaged in for the processing of personal data.
The Operator has the right to modify the list of persons involved in the processing of personal data without the consent and notification of the User.
